Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable.

Hygiene Notice:

For hygienic reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
